Alex and Anne Jamieson arrived on Prince Edward Island from Scotland 5 years ago looking for a change in life style. After visiting PEI on many occasions they made the leap over the pond in July 2014. They decided to turn a hobby into a business and make cider. Cider is an alcoholic drink made from fermented apple juice, commonly known as Hard Apple Cider in Canada.

Resilience and determination ensued and after more than 3 years they made their first batch of artisan craft cider, Summer 2018. While waiting for the apple trees to grow they used this time wisely and honed their craft from professionals. Attending Cornell University and achieving NACM certifcation (National Association of Cider Makers), which then led them to their artisan craft making adventure.

With a popular curry and cider night, cider tastings, and their Artisan Cider along with Scottish home made goods this is a great visit for the whole family.

Glenn was born and raised in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Some might say he grew up in the barn as he has been working with livestock and training horses for over 30 years. Gless has three beautiful girls who all share his passion for horses and animals. Together in 2019, they added to their family by opening it up to the public for trail rides.

Experience horseback riding the way it was meant to be. PPH Farms provides guided trail rides for beginner to advanced riders. Before departing, you will receive a brief horseback riding lesson to give you the skills you need before you ride.

Their beautiful and gentle horses alongside expert and friendly guides will make for a wonderful memory everyone will enjoy and not forget.

**Please note, riders must be over 10 years of age to go out on the trails. Don’t worry though, they have a great group  of ponies that love giving pony rides.
